Terms and Conditons

Repair and support: If you need advice and your product isn’t working please get in contact and we will work with you to diagnose the problem and to find a solution, either by troubleshooting the fault, repairing the product or replacing the product. This will be at no extra cost for you. Any claims cannot be made within the first 30 days as any faults are considered to be pre-existing.

Replacing products: Assure Protections will replace your product if we cannot repair your items. We will replace it like-for-like based on the specification of the machine you have the warranty for.

What is not included?: Damages or breakdown due to cosmetic damages, floods, fire (unless caused by a malfunction within the product), neglected product, abused and misused products, theft of the product, any loss suffered when unable to use the product.

Cancellation/Refunds notice:  You have the right to cancel any One Off Payment or Subscription Plan within the first 14 days of payment by emailing us on support@assureprotections.co.uk or calling us on 0808 196 3015. You need to update your information if you move address and/or change contact details, you may cancel any subscription outside of the 14 day cancellation period however you will not be refunded. 

Data protection: Assure Protections uses a safe and secure merchant to deal with your payment information. We as a company don’t hold any payment information. We hold your contact details so that we can call you once your policy is up for renewal, and to give out to engineers when you need to use your policy. We do not share your information with any third party companies. 

Legal: If you are a consumer, please note that these terms are governed by English Law, you and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

Subscriptions

subscription plans are on a monthly basis, the first payment is collected on the date of consent from the customer.

Please note: all Subscriptions will be processed with prior consent from the customer.

for all of our plans the customer will be contacted prior to renewals.
